Gather in our breathwork class and be held in a safe community of other folks looking for healing. If it calls to you, I hope you join!
General flow of the circles:
-Introduction to the 3 part breath and Q&A
-A short active meditation, or other somatic practices, to help us arrive and ground
-We'll actively breath (fast-pace breath) on yoga mats for about 25 min, with music
-Rest for 15 min on our mats. We do this with music, too.
-Galaxy light will be in full-force
-Then we gather back as a group where folks are welcome to share their experiences
-You'll be on your way around 8pm
With minimal tools (it's just you and your breath), breathwork allows for an immediate shift so we may let go of trauma, anxiety, pain & stuck feelings & create space for new life, energy and flow.
We practice a 3-part breath (in through the belly, in through the chest, and exhale-all in and out through the mouth. Speed this up just a bit (or not-you choose) and that's the majority of our class, in a nutshell.

A note on sliding-fee
-Sliding fee scales make this work accessible to all. I put a lot of trust in folks to lean in and choose the amount that feels the best in order to honor their needs and stay in right-relationship with me. Cash tips are greatly appreciated!
-If you are financially stable, I encourage you to give generously and know your payment helps me sustain a living and also helps support those not able to pay the full amount.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, water, journal, blanket and anything else to support your practice
-Know you will be laying down for a substantial amount of time (60'ish minutes).
-I recommend people who are pregnant, have a seizure disorder or heart complications check with their doctor before practicing breathwork
-This type of practice can move a lot. Be prepared to feel a lot of emotions, cry, shake, feel immense joy, connection and love and lots of other stuff.
-Come prepared for an experience and leave feeling integrated!

-There are no refunds after 48 hrs unless I can fill your spot. If you can't make the event, you may transfer your ticket to another circle w/i 2 months.
-Transfer of tickets to another person will not be permitted.
-In the case of inclement weather, circle's will move to Zoom. No refunds will be permitted.
