My clients make informed, aligned decisions that support their health. They take responsibility for their wellbeing and play an active role in understanding and honoring the details of their care with me.

Communicating with me
Staying in Active Client Status
I ask clients to commit to seeing me at least 1x/every 3 months to stay in active client status. After 3 months, clients are considered inactive and are subject to any New Client policy changes or price increases. Depending on how long it's been, I'll also require new paperwork.
Office Hours
I see clients Mon, Wed & Fri, 10-5pm in-person and virtually.
I communicate with clients Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. I take weekends & holidays off (federal or my own). I give myself 72 hrs to respond to emails, giving active clients priority.
My friend/practitioner hats
If we have a relationship prior to you becoming a client of mine, all of these rules lovingly apply to you too. When I see you out in public, I have my friend/family member/neighbor/acquaintance hat on. When you come in for a session, I put on my practitioner hat and you put on your client hat.
