My clients make informed, aligned decisions that support their health. They take responsibility for their wellbeing and play an active role in understanding and honoring the details of their care with me.
These Agreements outline how I work, what you can expect from our time together, and the expectations that support a successful client-practitioner relationship. They can also help you decide whether we're a good fit.
By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Clients are responsible for staying informed of any updates, as policies may change from time to time.
New clients will be asked to sign an acknowledgment of these policies before their first session.

My Approach
I’m a slow-burn kind of practitioner. I work with people who are ready to show up for themselves and understand that meaningful healing unfolds over time—not in a single session.
Session Preparation
Please set aside a full hour for your session and consider giving yourself a little buffer afterward to rest & reset.
Virtual Session
Session Pace
We move at the pace that feels good for you. You set the tone and direction, and I may offer gentle guidance or a slight nudge when helpful.
My friend/practitioner hats
If we have a relationship prior to you becoming a client of mine, all of these rules lovingly apply to you too. When I see you out in public, I have my friend/family member/neighbor/acquaintance hat on. When you come in for a session, I put on my practitioner hat and you put on your client hat.
