Cancelation/no-show policy
Cancel/reschedule
-If I am unable to keep my appointment, I will give 48 hours notice.
-If I cancel w/i 48 hours or no-show, I will be charged the full amount of 1 session, which is currently *$150 with my credit card on file. This includes ALL sessions (new client & scholarships/coupons included)
*Current full amount of 1 session is subject to increases over the years.
Exceptions will be made for the following cancellations within 48 hours:
-Difficult weather (local schools need to be closed)
-Medical/family emergencies (ie: Death of a loved one, ER visit, shock trauma)
-Rescheduling for another appointment within 2 weeks, if I can fit you in (you will still be charged for the session the day of the cancel, but can make it up w/i 2 weeks). If I can't fit you in, you will be charged the full amount of the session and you can schedule your next session (and pay the full amount) based on my availability.
Tardiness:
-If I am 10 min late or more to a session, Rachel will strive to give me a full treatment. However, I may not receive one or may not be seen at all.
-If tardiness becomes excessive, I may not be treated, will still be charged the full amount & risk my ability to schedule further sessions.
If you’re feeling ill:
Email Rachel asap at acupuncturewithrachel@gmail.com. We can switch to virtual. If you aren’t up for that, we can reschedule. You will still be charged for the session the day of, but can make it up at a later date (goal of w/i 2 weeks. If you're still sick after 2 weeks, we can chat).
