Cancelation/no-show policy

I strive to be available to patients and to provide meaningful care. In respect for this intention and in consideration of others who also need appointments, the following cancelation policy has been put in place:


I understand the following:

If I am unable to keep my appointment, I will give 48 hours notice. If I cancel within less than 48 hours notice or do not show for the appointment, I will be charged 50% of the full amount of my treatment which will be my responsibility to pay before my next visit.


If I am 10 minutes late or more to an appointment, every effort will be made to give me a full treatment. However, I may not receive a full treatment or may not be seen at all. There may be a $35 fee for late arrivals even if I cannot be treated.


Exceptions will be made for the following cancellations within 48 hours:

-Bad weather: 50% of treatment charge (no charge if schools close)

-Medical and family emergencies: No charge

-Rescheduling for another appointment within 2 weeks: No charge
